Anthony R. Tozzi, 72, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully into God’s loving arms on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at his home in Hamilton.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he moved to East Windsor in 1969 and has resided in Hamilton the last 44 years. Mr. Tozzi worked in New York City at Smith Barney. Anthony was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Predeceased by his parents, Alfonso and Maria (Valentino) Tozzi; he is survived by his loving wife of 52 years and caregiver for 37 years, Anne M. (Doherty) Tozzi; his daughter, Denise Layton; his sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony and Joy Tozzi, and Christopher and Elizabeth Tozzi; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Layton, Nicholas Tozzi, Krystina Layton, Sarah, Jack, Sophia and Michael Tozzi; his great-granddaughter, Alexis Harris and his longtime caregiver, Patricia Dunnington.
Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
Entombment will follow at Princeton Memorial Park in Robbinsville.
Visitation for friends and family will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
