Jeffrey M. McGlynn, 54, of Trenton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. Jeff worked for the State of New Jersey as a Computer Operator. He was a member of the Hamilton Elks Lodge #2262, Msgr. Crean Div 1 AOH 2419 and the VFW 3525. Jeff enjoyed playing softball, street hockey for Mercer County, bowling, quoits, darts and golfing.
Jeff loved Nascar Racing and was in the pit crew for New Egypt dirt track car, Marty Derr. He was also an avid Philadelphia Flyers, Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Reds fan.
Predeceased by his father, John H. McGlynn, Jr, his brother, John H. McGlynn, III, and his sister, Linda A. Lamont; he is survived by his mother, Eleanor D. McGlynn; his sister, Denise M. McGlynn; his nieces, Jennifer (Jeff) Krzyzanowski, Angela (Chris) Brant, and Kelly (Michael) Green; his nephew, Brian Lamont; his great nieces and nephews, Victoria, Kimberly, Tyler, Brandon, Emberlee, Michael, Brooke, Abigail, Nora and Gianna; his girlfriend, Bernadette Pizzarelli, her grandson, Ayden “Goomba” and her daughter, Brittni; and his devoted pets, Mercedes and Lexus.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton.
Visitation for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
