Patrice-Anne M. Ryan, 70, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at The Atrium at Lawrenceville.
Born in Trenton, Patrice-Anne was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and Trenton State College. She worked as a radiology technician prior to her employment with the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for 21 years. Patrice-Anne was an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows – St. Anthony Parish and enjoyed volunteering at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton, and Interfaith Caregivers.
Besides being very involved in volunteer work, Patrice loved playing the piano, with a particular interest in sacred music. Her hobbies included crocheting and other artistic interests, such as telling humorous stories and drawing.
Predeceased by her father, Edward J. Ryan, two sisters, Maureen Murphy of Mercerville and Roberta Ryan of Maryland; she is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Ryan of Hamilton Square; her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Jane Ryan of Chesterfield, brother-in-law Tim Murphy of Mercerville, as well as much-loved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at 10:15 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish, Our Lady of Sorrows RC Church, 3816 East State Street Ext., Hamilton, NJ.
Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton, New Jersey.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, from 9:15 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
