Anna Maria Fiorelli, 91, of Hamilton Square, NJ, was welcomed into God's Kingdom on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Lourdes Specialty Hospital in Willingboro, NJ.
Born in Cologna, in Roseto degli Abruzzi, Italy, she came to the U.S.A. in 1956 and was a resident of Trenton prior to moving to Hamilton Square in 1961. Mrs. Fiorelli was employed with the Trenton Board of Education at Trenton Central High School for 25 years as a cafeteria worker until her retirement in 1992. She was an avid gardener and loved to cook and bake her homemade Italian cookies. Mrs. Fiorelli was a member of St. Gregory the Great and was most happy in life when she was home surrounded by her family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents, Cesare and Sofia (DiBiase) DiLeonardo; Mrs. Fiorelli is survived by her daughter, Sandra V. Fiorelli; her sisters in Italy, Elvia DiLeonardo Tamburi and Bice DiLuzio; her daughter and son-in-law, Rossana and David Jaworski; her granddaughters, Kristina Marie and Michelle Alexandra Jaworski, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great R.C. Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
