Charlotte T. Norcross, 76, of Columbus, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Virtua Mount Holly Hospice in Mount Holly, NJ.
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Charlotte moved to Columbus, NJ 30 years ago. She was a graduate of the Westminster Choir College. Charlotte was most proud of having been the music director and organist at the Church of the Holy Cross in Trenton, NJ for 55 years and Pearson United Methodist Church for 11 years. She also served as a music teacher in the Holy Cross School. She was a member of the PTA of the Incarnation School and a past member of Holy Cross Post 417 Ladies Auxiliary.
Predeceased by her parents, Thomas S. and Stasia (Skrzydlinsa) Guralski; her late husband, Walter C. Ryan, Jr.; she is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Jack L. Norcross; her brother, Thomas Guralski, her daughter Elizabeth Ryan Tackacs, and her husband, Stephen, her sons, Patrick Ryan, and his wife, Allison and Walter C. Ryan, III; her four grandchildren, Liam and Aidan Ryan and Madelyn and Nicholas Tackacs; her step-children, Kim Fischer, and her husband, Tom, Kenneth Norcross, and his wife, Carmela, Jon Norcross, and his wife, Susan, Christopher Norcross and Daniel Norcross; and her niece, Lani Diemicke, and several cousins and step-grandchildren.
Gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ 08690.
Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ.
Cremation will be private.
