Laura Shull-Lydon, of New Egypt, passed away Saturday at home.
Born in Kansas City, MO, she was a longtime area resident and graduate of Hightstown High School and MCCC.
She was a registered nurse and natural care giver. Her career was spent working in hospitals and nursing homes throughout Mercer and Burlington Counties, before becoming a stay at home mom. She was an accomplished knitter, avid photographer and loved to relax outdoors.
Daughter of the late Jerry Shull and sister of the late Jack and Riky Shull, she is survived by her husband, David Lydon; her sons, Alexander and Kyle Lydon; her step-sons, Chad and Kris Lydon; her mother, Sylvia Santangelo Shull of East Windsor; her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Robert Nymick of New Egypt and their children, Teresa, Rebecca, Bernadette and Bobby; her brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Lisa Shull of Browns Mills and their children, Liz, Bryan, Timmy and Steve; and her sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Brian Parkhurst of East Windsor and their children, Allison and Tommy.
She will live in our hearts forever.
Family and friends may call 12-1:30pm Thursday, August 6, at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690, followed by the funeral service.
Interment services will be private.
