Michael R. “Bob” Carroll, Jr., 85, of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Carroll was a Pharmacist for North Princeton Developmental Center and retired after 25 years of service. He was a member of the Mercer County Pharmacist Association, the Nottingham Squares Senior Club, and a proud serviceman of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary C. Carroll; his children and their spouses, Michael, III and Francine Carroll, Patricia and Barry Sickels, and Thomas and Robyn Carroll; his 3 grandchildren, Chelsea Dennin and her husband, Jake, Marc and Matthew Carroll; and several nieces, extended family and friends.
Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 8:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrow-St. Anthony Parish, Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, 3816 East State Street Extension, Hamilton, NJ.
Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton.
Visitation for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
