Nancy Schroeder Kurica, 66, of Hamilton Square, passed away peacefully at home with her family on Monday, April 22, 2019.
Born in Trenton, NJ, Nancy graduated from Trenton State College with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Education. She moved to Long Beach Island with her husband, Carlton, to raise her family. A lifelong teacher of over 35 years, Nancy returned to Hamilton Square upon retiring from Eagleswood School District. She was a member of Holy Trinity and Resurrection Lutheran Churches. A former Worthy Advisor of Trenton Rainbow Girls and a lover of the beach, Nancy was always on the go, especially with her daughters. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, daughter, mother and friend.
Predeceased by her grandparents; her parents, Elwood “Chuck” and Anne Schroeder; and her husband, Carlton G. Kurica; she is survived by her daughters, Cara Kurica and Carly Kurica Faraldi and her husband, Nick Faraldi, and her beloved dogs, Daisy, Charlie, Ralphie and Mia.
Funeral services will begin on Friday, April 26, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690.
Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
