Robert C. Wiegartner of Monroe Township, passed away on August 13, 2005. He was 69.
Born in West New York, NJ, he lived in Howell Township for 29 years and moved to Monroe Township 15 years ago. Mr. Wiegartner attended Memorial High School in West New York, and NYU in New York City. He was employed at Armour & Co. as Comptroller for 33 years.
Mr. Wiegartner was a founding member of the Church of the Master in Howell and served there as President of the Board of Trustees and Church Treasurer. He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Cranbury where he is an Ordained Elder.
He was predeceased by his beloved grandson, Samuel Robert Wiegartner. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris; his son, daughter-in-law and grandson, Brian, Jane and Jason of New Albany, MS; his daughter, Jane of Ocean Township, NJ; his brother and sister-in-law Paul and Rose Wiegartner of Harrington Park, NJ; and his many friends.
Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury, 22 South Main Street, Cranbury.
Interment will follow in Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury.
Relatives and friends may call 2-4PM and 6-8PM Wednesday at A.S. Cole Funeral Home, 22 North Main Street, Cranbury.
